We are always looking for motivated individuals interested in neuroscience, gene therapy, and translational research.
The Samaranch Lab studies AAV-based gene therapies for central nervous system disorders, with a focus on improving delivery strategies, understanding vector transport and tropism, and defining host immune responses. Our work spans basic and translational research aimed at advancing therapies toward clinical application.
We welcome inquiries from:
Graduate students in neuroscience, molecular biology, virology, or related fields
Postdoctoral fellows with experience in gene therapy, viral vectors, or CNS research
Research technicians with strong backgrounds in in vivo or molecular work
Undergraduate students seeking hands-on experience in brain surgery, gene therapy, and translational biomedical research
